Design and manufacture of electromagnetic absorber composed of boricacid-incorporated wastepaper composites

With the effect of technological advances, use electrical and electronic devices has increased dramatically in recent years. Wireless technologies related applications are mostly preferred for communication these with each other. Thus, people easily exposed to electromagnetic waves daily life. The extensive global raises question their possible biological effects on human health. Also, influence functioning a nearby device. In this study, an absorber based boric acid (5, 10, 20, 30 wt%) added wastepaper was developed. Copper (Cu) aluminum (Al) were also used as mineral additives comparison. Three different kinds namely, office paper, newsprint, cardboard paper selected experimental study. varying contents absorption boards manufactured evaluated compared Cu (30 Al boards. results show that newsprint better effectiveness than up 40 dB achieved. Al, Cu, achieved at approximately 40, 30, 20 dB, respectively. As result, board is acceptable levels. apart from powder, it been determined application surface layer effective absorption.
